The built in airtight stainless-steel blast freezer cabinets are designed for quick positive temperature cooling and deep-freezing cells, with mixed slide rails, designed to receive 400 x 600mm trays. This freezer is practical and easy to use with the possibility of choosing between a timed cycle or a controlled cycle with a pin type sensor. At the end of the selected cycle there is an automatic switch which can be changed to a positive or negative conservation mode for up to 8 hours. Pavailler machines come with a 1 year Guarantee.
