Create perfect rounded dough pieces with our conical dough rounder. the machine gently processes the dough whilst retaining it structure and quality by rotating a conical part which pushes dough pieces along the spiral open pipe. Ideal for use with bread between 55% and 75% hydration dough pieces it can mould 1800 pieces per hour depending on operator speed, size of piece and type of dough.
